EASE International is directed by Anita Alban, former Director of Research at the DSI, the Danish Institute of Health Services Research and Development, 1986-1997. From this position she worked as a temporary consultant for Danida, the Danish Ministry of Health (Eastern Europe), the Nordic Council (the Baltic countries), The World Bank, WHO and USAID. During 1997-2000, Anita Alban was the Senior Economist in the Department of Policy, Strategy and Research in UNAIDS, Geneva.
